This policy explains how cancellations, returns and refunds work for ASKO appliance service booked through this website. It applies to diagnostic visits, approved repairs and related charges described on your estimate.
How bookings work
Submitting a booking request does not charge you automatically. We confirm appointment details, diagnose the appliance on site when applicable, and provide a written estimate before parts are ordered or repair work begins.
Cancelling an appointment
You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment by calling or messaging us as soon as your plans change. Please give as much notice as you can so we can offer the window to another customer.
Same-day and short-notice cancellations
If you cancel after a technician is already en route, or after arrival for a confirmed visit, a trip or diagnostic fee may still apply as described when your appointment was confirmed. We will tell you clearly if any fee applies before the visit.
Declining a repair after diagnosis
After diagnosis, you may decline the repair. In that case you are typically responsible only for any diagnostic or service-call fee that was disclosed before or at the visit — not for parts or labor you did not approve.
Approved repairs and parts
Once you approve an estimate, we may order original manufacturer parts for your specific model. Approved parts that have been ordered or installed are generally non-returnable to us unless they are defective or incorrect for the approved job.
Refunds for unused approved work
If you paid a deposit or prepayment for approved work that we have not yet performed, and you cancel before parts are ordered, we will refund the unused amount using the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer.
Refunds after completed work
Completed and accepted repairs are not refundable as a general return. If a covered workmanship issue returns within the warranty period described on your estimate, we will address it under that warranty rather than as a product-style return.
Defective or incorrect parts
If an original part we installed is defective or incorrect for the approved repair, contact us promptly. We will arrange a remedy under the applicable parts or workmanship terms — typically repair, replacement or a fair adjustment for the affected portion of the job.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Contact us through the Contact page or the phone number on this website. Include your name, appointment date, appliance model if known, and what you are requesting. We review requests during ordinary business hours and respond with next steps.
Charge disputes
If something on your invoice looks incorrect, contact us first so we can review the estimate, approvals and work performed. Many billing questions can be resolved quickly without a payment dispute.
Policy updates
We may update this policy when our booking or billing practices change. The “last updated” date on this page shows the latest revision.
